DEFINITION OF THE PRODUCT: Painting made of poached mate acrylic copolymer, dilute in water.
DESTINATION OF THE PRODCUT: For all kind of interior and exterior work, on new backgrounds or for maintenance works in order to get a poached mate finishing of a very high quality and an exceptional holding even for exterior works. It is a product recommended for cleaning works.
PARTICULAR ADVANTAGES:
– Very good resistance against ageing and washing, extremely weak yellowing.
– Very good holding on alkaline backgrounds (cement and is derivatives)
– Its poached aspect reduces the flaws of the support.
– On chalking backgrounds (coating, Plasterboard )or old paintings, apply in advance our Background Fixer solvent or aqueous medium (white or colorless)
SUPPORT
It is applied on all safe, dry and well-prepared supports (vinyl coating):
-Cement coating, concrete, bricks
-Old paintings faded due to washing.
-On porous and chalking backgrounds (plaster), put in advance a layer of our Background Fixer solvent medium or aqueous medium (white or colorless)
-the metallic supports must be treated in advance with a rustproof layer.
PROPERTIES OF THE PRODUCT
TINTS: white or all tints upon request for quantities superior to 100kg.
STORAGE: one year in the original pack, not open and away from gel
PACKAGING: 1 kg, 1 Gallon, 25 kg
DENSITY:1.75 +_0,1 in white, variable in terms of tints
VISCOSITY:125 +_ 5KU Viscosimetre Krebs Stormer thixotrope and very smooth.
PRECAUTIONS UPON USING THE PRODUCT
- Stir the product well before using it
- Apply the product on safe, dry and well prepared backgrounds (vinyl coating) old paintings faded due to washing.
- Could be tinted with universal colorings. Do not exceed the 5 %
- This product is sensitive to gel and water (the rain) before and after drying; insensitive to water and to gel once dry.
HOW TO USE IT
Application: Brush and roller. It could be applied with an Airless piston or with a pneumatic piston.
Diluent: Clean water
Dilution: -Dilution 5% for brush or roller
-10 % for the first layer on absorbing backgrounds
-5% for Airless pistons (piston without air)
-15% for pneumatic piston
Cleaning of the material: Clean water

The drying of this product is directly related to an ambient humidity (hygrometry). This product is sensitive to water upon application; once dry it is completely insensitive to water (the rain).
CONSUMPTION: 6 to 8 meters squared in one layer, this consumption is subject to the state and the porosity of the support.
